Parachute Play Brings Laughter and Learning.

This week, the playground at Destiny Garden School was filled with excitement as the children discovered the joy of playing with a giant parachute. The colourful new addition was made possible thanks to a generous donation from our friends at Moray School Bank in Scotland.

 

Trustee Hannah Weir spent time with the students, teaching them a variety of parachute games that encouraged teamwork, coordination, and plenty of laughter. The children quickly embraced the activity, turning the playground into a space of energy, fun, and shared joy.

Simple resources like this can make a big difference in children’s lives, offering opportunities not just for play, but for developing cooperation, confidence, and communication skills.
