May 2024 Opening Assembly

All Kenyan schools were due to open on 6^th May, but because several parts of the country were hit by further severe floods, the government postponed the opening date. After assessment of the damage, some schools in areas not badly affected were allowed to open. Fortunately Mombasa County, and DGS specifically, were not affected too much by the rain and floods this time, so were able to open on 13^th May.
