Africa Watoto (watoto in Swahili language means children), a UK charity run by Stella, has made another huge donation to continue with the breakfasts for the younger children. This will provide morning porridge and a snack for the Pre-Primary children over the next year and in addition provide all 330 children at DGS with a piece of fruit two times a month. The children often start the school day hungry and the cup of porridge and a snack will help the younger children; the charity hopes to be able to extend this to the rest of the school in due course.
