The 6th and 7th Food distribution – September & October 2020

Emergency Food Parcels were delivered at the beginning of the last two months to 220 very grateful DGS families who are struggling to survive the current crisis with no income or Government help.  The parcels were made up of 5 kilograms of rice, 5kg of beans, 3kg of maize flour and 2 litres of cooking oil.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and supporters the charity has been able to pay the DGS staff salaries, help the teachers and students with distance learning and provide emergency food parcels to feed the DGS children from the most disadvantaged families during the pandemic.
