Looking back – May 2009 to May 2015

In May 2009 DGS opened with 7 classes, 160 children and 9 staff. It is now a full Primary and Kindergarten School with 12 classes, 420 children, 16 teachers and 8 support staff. Destiny Children has supplied funds to buy land, build the classrooms, an office and staff room, and equip a kitchen.  We have also provided funds to install sanitation and a source of clean drinking water. The  “before and after” photos taken in 2009 and 2015, illustrate the progress the school has made.
